1.2 By accessing and using this Portal, you (“User”/“Parent”/“Student”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 The institution reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review them periodically.

2.1 Fees can be paid online through the Portal using debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other mode available.

2.2 Payment of fees must be made within the due dates specified by the institution. Delayed payments may attract late fees as per school rules.

2.3 The institution is not responsible for any additional charges levied by banks/payment gateways (e.g., transaction fees, service charges).

3.1 The institution respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

3.2 Information collected during fee payment (such as name, contact details, admission/roll number, and transaction details) will be used solely for processing payments, maintaining records, and related administrative purposes.

3.3 The institution does not sell, share, or disclose personal information to any third party, except as required by law or to facilitate secure payment processing through authorized payment gateways.

4.1 Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.2 Cancellation of payments is not permitted once the transaction is successfully processed.

5.1 The institution shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in payment arising out of system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or technical errors in third-party payment gateways.

5.2 Users are advised to ensure accurate details (admission/roll number, name, amount, etc.) while making payments. The institution will not be liable for incorrect entries made by the User.

6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
